The level is raised before the vacuuming proecss and it's orriginal position when the process and it's outomatically lowered to it's original position when the process is done for your convenience. Oursystem is adaptable to all conveyours which you might already have in your possesion.
• Big Vac 1050 is easy to use and requires no more than 1 person to operate it.
• Because of it's teflon reel, teflon changing cycle is extented to a full year.
• Big Vac 1050 has a gas unit which could be operated as an option.
• Operation Cycle = Vacuum + Gas + Welding + Cooling units. You can set the operation cycle according to kind the volume of the product and the thickness of the bag. A trial and error method will help you determine the right settings.
